Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Deposits and payments for courses are non-refundable due to the preparation, scheduling, and resources required to deliver each course.

• Scheduling Notice: To ensure proper preparation, including organizing enough students and securing a model for practical training, students must schedule their course at least 30 days in advance. Requests made with less than 30 days’ notice cannot be guaranteed, and unfortunately, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Failure to Attend: Students who fail to attend their scheduled training, or who attend only part of the training, will have their training cancelled and all fees retained and non-refundable.

• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify onsite training courses at any time, providing students with, where possible, at least 48 hours’ notice. In unforeseen circumstances, less notice may be provided, but all alternatives will be explored before giving cancellation notice within 48 hours.

• We do not accept liability for costs incurred by students due to cancellation or scheduling changes.

Fulfillment / Delivery Policy

• Upon completion of your training, you will receive an accredited certificate.

• Models for Practical Assessment: In most cases, a model will be arranged by us. However, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure that a model is available on the day if required. Students should have a backup model (a family member or friend, whose treatment will be complimentary) ready in case the model we arrange is unavailable at the last minute. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the course if a model cancels, so having a backup ensures the student can complete their practical training successfully.

• Copyright and Ownership: All training manuals, materials, pictures, videos, website content, and any materials received by the student (IMO) are the sole property of MD London Beauty and Training. Any attempt to copy, share, or distribute without consent is prohibited. Students may not publish or share any course materials through any medium without consent.

• Insurance & Licence: Students are responsible for obtaining their own insurance and any required licenses to legally perform the treatments covered in the course. MD London Beauty and Training accepts no liability for any issues arising from a student’s failure to obtain proper insurance or license, or for any claims related to the performance of treatments after completion of the course.

• By purchasing courses, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
